Can Oi please explain why EE has taken over £287 out of my account this morning..

You would need to ring CS on 150 to find that out as no one on here as access to accounts.

@Janet281 , are you able to look at your bill to see why all that money has been taken? You should be able to download it, otherwise, as @Gareth43  has written you will need to speak to the billing department, they will be able to take a look at what is going on as this is not customer service and there is no account access here.
