Hi, I changed my direct debit once in the account to a wrong date, and I now want do change it again but the option is locked “because I changed it the maximum times allowed “. What options do I have now? Thanks

Welcome to the EE Community
Since changing to the new date, have you had a new bill produced on the new date yet? As you wont be able to make another change until the current one is processed by producing a bill on that new date, but once the change is fully completed you should be able to change again to a different date.
