Delaying my next bill

Kimberley1234

Hello,

I am really hoping to delay my next bill which is due on the 23/12/22. I am currently at the latter stages of my maternity and with my current financial difficulties I am going back to work early in the new year. I am currently on minimum SNP and struggling with money until 15th January which will be my first pay day after returning from maternity.

I am hoping I could delay my next bill payment until 15th January if possible and I would be happy to pay 2 bills if this crosses onto the next month. I have been a loyal EE customer for years and have never missed a bill date. Would it be possible to arrange this rather than me having to halt a direct debit if I could just delay it.

I hope to hear from you soon,

many thanks,

xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx
