I'm currently on a plan but wish to change to Sim only as my handset is ok.  If I order online, do I keep the same number?

@NicWoo1  providing you’re eligible to upgrade you can upgrade to a Sim only contract.    Don’t just take out a new contract it must be an upgrade.   And you do this via your online account and click upgrade
