Cut off

I'm so lost I've been cut off so I have no service but I've just paid my bill and my phone still isn't working youve taken 115.09 and not turned my phone back on but I also can't call anybody because it says no service can you turn me back on please

@Kelly2020  Once you pay your bill it’ll take up to 24 hours to get a working signal again.    Nothing can be done to speed this reactivation up.     When EE cut you off for none payment they started that process 24hours before it effected you.
