In the middle of a call re no access to my account after re-contracting from BT I was cut off whilst being transferred to technical support (for the umpteenth time, over 15 hours on the phone in the week that my service has been active!) I can now not get through on 150! It either cuts me off after choosing option 2 then option 2 or it beeps then cuts me off! Completely fed up and dissatisfied with EE. Was promised a week ago that the problem with my account would be resolved within 5 working days, rang yesterday and was told if would work later that day, still not working today, 8th November 2024!! This is just one of the many problems that I have encountered.

I assume you are calling from an EE Mobile? I have had this strange issue before with 150 beeping and dropping the call, I instead dialled the long form number of 07953 966150 and this brings you into the same call line but doesn't beep and drop the call.
It did eventually resolve itself.
If on contract it should be included in your allowances.
If it's from another phone or your home phone call 0800 079 8586.
If you get to the wrong place, you can be transferred by the Guide to the appropriate department.
