Could someone from EE please help?

Just received my iPhone 16 Pro Max today after upgrading from iPhone 13 Pro Max (both through EE)

I went into the app and noticed the next bill (photo attached)

Is this the flex pay agreement for the device itself? Cause I chose to pay monthly, I hope this isn’t expected to be paid in full?

thank you

Good morning @Gunners93

This looks to be a credit towards your bill because it is showing '-', which usually happens when you upgrade against the cost of the device. If this is the case you will not be charged this total.

Please give us a call so our billing team can confirm this.
