Hello,

For personal, health reasons I moved to Germany yesterday from UK/Wigan.

I need to cancel the phone contact.

Can you please advise how can I cancel the contract?

Welcome to the community,

You will have to ring customer service to cancel your contract, giving 30 days notice, but if you are still within your minimum term, you will have to pay the rest minute 4%.

To give your cancellation request you'll need to call Customer Service on 150 from your mobile, where a guide will be able to complete the request for you. To call from a different phone or abroad have a look at our Contact Us | Help & Support - EE page.
