If the contract cannot cancelled, it means I need to pay for it in the following two years, but my  bank account will be closed  in 2024 and I can’t make the payment after that.

Yes, you can now give your notice at any time.

As I have now left the UK, and no longer living at the address I previously left. When I write to your customer service, what should I put in my address? Is it my current address, or my previous address in the UK?

Hi @Christine102

I believe this should be the UK address on your account.

Katie

I should put both in case they want to reply to you; the From addy & the registered a/c addy alongside the included name, EE account number and/or EE mobile number
