My contract finished last July, I am still paying my contract and it will not let me cancel or upgrade as it says I am not the account holder??  I have ended up cancelling the direct debit as I have tried everything to upgrade or cancel. But I want to say with ee network?

To cancel you need to speak to EE CS on 150 and give 30 days notice. All that has ended is your minimum contract term. Your contract continues on a rolling monthly basis. 

As for the account holder issue this is becase you set your account up incorrectly. Log into your online account - plans and subscription - manage numbers and change your settings to bill payer.
