My contract is ending soon and I’ve been calling to cancel each day this week to no avail. Firstly it’s been at least 20mins before I speak to someone and then the first two times I was cut off. 3&4th time they had system issues and couldn’t log it allegedly. If my contract is ending why do I have to give them 39days notice still?? And if I can’t do it over the phone what other options do I have?

@Nel77 You have to give 30 days notice so 30 days before the minimum term
The contract will only reach its minimum term at 24 months but will change to a 30 day rolling contract at the minimum term date until you upgrade/terminate. After all you wouldn’t want to be suddenly cut off if you were abroad at the minimum term date or even just cut off because you forgot to do something about it.
If you had read the T&Cs of the contract you’ll know you need to give notice to terminate and what would happen at the minimum term date if you do nothing. You did agree to the T&Cs when you took out the contract

Not disputing that but what is one supposed to do if they don’t answer the phone, hang up or claim systems are down?
