Hi, My contract Is closed now, but on my account is appear that I still have to pay the bill. I want to go for pay as you go but I want to keep my number

Welcome to the community.

Have you requested for the contract to end? If you don't. it continues on a rolling basis. If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they will be able to take your 30 days notice and move to pay as you go.
