Contract duplication

Afternoon,

I’m  being charged for 2 different numbers within my EE contract. The only number which should be billed is the one ending in 398. The other number needs to be cancelled as it’s never been used due to a mistake EE made with my initial contract. Refund would be needed and only the number ending in 398 should be continued as normal.
