i took puc code from them and sent it to new company i want to move to which works in my area and they said they will reply in 24 hours

Now please let me know if there will be any hidden charges or do i need to do anything today?

@Kewers : You don't tell EE to take your bill  at a particular date & time. It's up to you to pay by the due date.

If you're having difficulty paying your bill on time you need to contact CS urgently to come to a repayment arrangement - see Help if you can't pay your bill

How much to cancel contract

Chris_S
EE Community Support Team

Hi @COLBYLEE1 I'd hate to see you cancel your contract, but if you defiantly want to leave, I'd recommend giving our disconnections team a call on 150 from your phone, then a guide can let you know if you have any time remaining on your contract.

If you have any time remaining, they'll be able to give you a figure on how much it would cost to pay your contract off early.

Chris S

@COLBYLEE1 : Cost of cancelling or upgrading early will be Monthly Fee x Months Remaining, pro-rata to the nearest whole day, of contract term - 4%. You can text INFO to 85075 to find out the exact figure as of now.
