Contacting EE

Hi have been trying to contact EE  for 2 weeks to pay my bill 

 

My New phoned didnt have DTMF  enabled so  contacting  the 150 number was in effective as its based on input options 

 

I can find no way  around his and now the phone is blocked  so I cant even call 

I  am abroad  

 

Any suggestions

Is there any other  way of contact them
