Hi,

I just bought a phone on contract with EE (brand new account) and when I logged into the app it says my account is closed and that I need to pay my final bill. 

can anybody help me with this?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
