Very nice of ee to charge me £80 for additional calls and then tell me to contact the company of the number I rang. 25plus years as a customer, 11 devices on the Account and £300 a month in bills. Definitely leaving when contract ends.

To be fair, all EE (and all networks) do is pass on the call charges as passed onto them by the provider of the number... and if the call charges = £80 then that is what you get charged £80....
Why not get in touch with the company you rang and see if they will cover the charges...

@Howarduk82 If you are charged for calling numbers that are not covered by your allowance then you’ll be charged for that. The company you called by the sounds of it is running a premium rate number which will have an access charge and a call charge. Your blaming EE for calls you made and you’ll get charged this from a different network also.

@Howarduk82 , have you taken a look what the number is you are being charged for? Rather than blaming EE, might be worth checking, as only 01, 02 03 and 0800 are part of your inclusive calls, EE should also be able to tell you what the charges are for.
You say you have 11 devices on your account, so I presume others are using the devices, are you sure someone else has not made an expensive call or signed up to something?

@Howarduk82 , you will have to speak to both the company and EE, You must also know what number and was it a UK number? You still have not answered that one, as foreign numbers cost extra.
