Did you mean:

Charges - no loyalty

I went away and barred services on my phone so I didn’t get charged data roaming. I’ve got back and I have been charged £150 last month. I’ve been with EE for over 10 years and the loyalty is disgusting. Does anyone else notice that I want to come to my phone as soon as possible with no charges

What are the £150 charges shown on your bill, for?

Data roaming just means using mobile data whilst roaming - you can still text-roam and voice-call-roam if you are roaming.

@dannymilnes  Was your device connected to any network while you was away ?  Did you use the device at all ? This includes incoming calls/texts ?    Was the device in airplane mode at all while you was away ( all the time )  ?  Where you ? How long was you away for ?

You don’t get a discount for loyalty when running up costs when abroad.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Data roaming was timed off.. just charged for nothing then make excuses - fact!!

@dannymilnes  Data roaming is the ability to use data when abroad,  it doesn’t stop calls/texts  and your still connected to a network.

What exactly have you been charged for? I asked in my previous post but you haven't responded.
