Hi this will now be the 4th time I am contacting you ! I have changed to a sim only deal but have been charged this month at the same price as my old contract

@Lisacawthorne89   You are not contacting anyone on this site as this is a public forum not customer services and this is your very first comment on here. 

If you are being billed incorrectly you need to call customer service.  It’s 150 from your EE device.    

And just to check you did upgrade to this sim only and you didn’t just take out a new sim only contract?
