I have checked my bank account today and found that double payments have been taken from my bank account since November 2021.
However, when I check my payments and bills on EE only one amount shows.
Not sure where is the mistake.
That is quite a lot of money I have lost. Can someone help please?
I do all my payments by DD, never paid manually.

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about this issue. There is no customer account access on these forums.

You or A.N.Other must have taken out another contract in your name in Nov, 2021.
