Charged doubled

Good morning I am writing to you because you have charged me double this month and I have just checked my bank statements and my phone bill all payments have been pains I have just paid £16.20 for this months. I would like you to take a look again before double charging me thank you .

@BUNNY96  All you are doing is posting this on a public forum,  this forum has no access to your EE account as it’s not a means to speak with EE customer services.   You need to call customer services to get this looked in to, nothing will happen otherwise
