Hi
Does anyone know the url for the Channel Returns page?
Spoke to an advisor called Thomas about an hour ago to cancel my 30-day rolling contract; EE have decided to increase my £9 plan to £13 without any benefit to me.
This Thomas offered me the same deal for £10, which I accepted, after confirming the details twice.
However, the confirmation email shows he's put me onto a 24-MONTH contract, which I'd never agree to.
Customer Services subsequently tell me (Sam and Malcolm - both very helpful and apologetic) say they can't cancel it as it's a live contract, hence my trying to find the Channel Returns page.
Oh yea, this Thomas guy, apart from confirming EVERYTHING I asked him, also told me that the "new" contract wouldn't start until next month - so he basically lied through his teeth.
Been with this network since 1992 when it was Mercury One2One, but BT are taking the mickey now.
Ironically I can get the same (and better) deal(s) on other networks, which also use EE's network! Go figure!
Sorry for the rant, but I'm really pee'd-off with EE now.
Thanks 🙂

Ok, third attempt to reply - during the previous two attempts the website became unavailable whilst I was typing.
Thanks for the information!
I can't stop thinking that it's a bit pathetic that such a huge comms company uses a downloadable PDF for this.
I'll be phoning them in the morning to cancel.
I knew BT's takeover would make EE toxic. Where were Ofcom?....
