I have tried numerous times to change my direct debit details and contacted EE themselves and still I am unable to change them. I have received yet another email asking to update my DD details and no email address to reply to other then call and wait which I have already done before. Can anyone help?!

Chris, your link does not help with changing direct debit. I simply can not find a way of actually changing bank detail. Could some provide actional details please? Thanks
