Change the plan for down grading.

I don’t use as much as my plan now.

So l want to my bill small.

@Hide-o  You can only downgrade to a cheaper tariff when you are due your upgrade, which is 45 days before your minimum term you cannot lower your tariff mid contract as your contract price is for the term of the contract.   How much you use or don’t use your tariff allowance is up to you and it doesn’t mean you can change that contract price if you don’t use your device that much now.

In the first place I never opted for this upgrade and now I am telling you to put me where upgraded my account from period.
