How do I change my payment date

Hi @Village153

To change your billing date on your EE mobile account please log in to your My EE app and follow these steps:

Bills & payments > Scroll down to the bottom and you should find 'Change Direct Debit date'.

Hi I would like to change my payment date to the 2nd of every month please how do I do that to keep my account up to date

Thanks for coming here 🙂

You can change the direct debit date, by logging into your My EE account online and selecting Menu > Bill and payments> Direct Debit.

You can change your payment date by logging in to your My EE account under Bills & Payments. 

Alternatively, please give us a call on 150 and a member of the team will be happy to help.
