Hi
I no longer have access to the credit card used for paying my monthly top up.
I'm trying to set up a new card and it all goes fine until I get to the credit card authentication where I get an error message saying "The content is blocked. Contact site owner to fix the issue". I have tried using Chrome and Edge, with no add blockers or anything like that, and get similar messages on both.
Can anyone help?

No, it's a UK credit card, I have used it many times before (elsewhere) and have had no problems.

If it isn't working on more than one device/browser, it may be worth giving us a call on 150 so that our customer care team can try and do it from our side for you.
