I have noted an increase in my Sim Only plan. I have been a loyal customer since 2003. Please can you call me on ********** to discuss options and discounts you can apply to my plan for a 12 month contract.

@sukhpunn no one will call you as this is a public forum not customer support. Your contact as with all contacts is subject to the yearly price increase. You not get a discount if not eligible and you’ll not get one mid contract and or you could an offer for a new sim only if your eligible to upgrade. But you have to call customer services yourself.
