Card billing address

Hello! I tried to pay my monthly payment GB with my Chilean Bank Account (Santander Bank) but when I tried to add 'Chile' it does not appears. What should I do? thank you

Welcome to the community,

As far as I am aware, it needs to be a UK card. Do you have a UK bank account with a UK card to pay? If you are on contract, why not set up a direct debit with your bank details?

I am waiting for my UK bank account. When I receive the confirmation I will authorise the direct payment. Thank you very much for the help!
