I am trying to change my Sim only plan but when I select the upgrade link it loads a new browser tab with the comment "Sorry, We coudn't find that page!"
This happens on the mobile app and through the website so is very frustrating
Any ideas?

After having a quick look round this forum, I think everyone is having the same message. Looks like EEs online upgrade is broken and has been for some time. Baffling as to why they can't fix it.

I was on upgrading my own sim plan and my wife's. Completed my own sim plan no problem but unable to complete my wife's. both plans are in my name but different account numbers.
If I wasn't tied to EE because of coverage in my area I would have cancelled them both by now and moved to another provider.
Will try calling 150 tomorrow.......

Been with EE for 12 years. Tried to upgrade through the website and get the 404 "couldn't find that page" error like so many others. Tried the app, same. So I called 150 as many people suggest. 40 minutes and still on hold so I gave up. So whether by app, website or their call centre, they seem to be unreachable or uninterested. If this is the customer service that people talk about being worth the higher cost than other providers then I'm afraid I'm leaving. I have 3 contracts with EE and I'm sure Vodafone will be happy to take them on. Very disappointed with EE but that's a benefit of a free-market - at least I get to choose who values my custom.

Could you give this a try this morning please? If it still isn't working, could you try on a different device or browser please?

Hi Chris. Thanks for trying to help. I tried various browsers this morning and still the same issue. Gave up on hold again too. The problem with this is that I'm being charged on all 3 devices for what should be less now I'm out of contract and have paid the devices in full. I have transferred 1 phone to Sky today and will look at transferring the others tomorrow.

I just tried this using my phone and was told to try later. Trying it on my desktop and cant even find the page.
