Cancelling one contract in multiple contract

Hi

I need to cancel one of the contracts within a multiple subscription account due to a separation.

How do I do this?

My ex partner would also like to keep their number on the phone plan they re setting up, which is not with ee.

You need to contact EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your mobile contract, specifying clearly which no. is to be cancelled . If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.
