My now previous plan was coming to an end so I decided to upgrade early to a sim only deal. After upgrading I realised that, yes, my new contract is cheaper than the previous one and I’m actually getting more data per month but I’m no longer getting the “ROAM INCLUSIVE EXTRA”. My previous plan was an all rounder sim. Is it possible for me to cancel my new upgrade and go back to my previous plan or even to get the roaming inclusive extra added?
