I have cancelled a contract that’s under my name unrecognised but I have to pay the phone I don’t even have.

Am I right in thinking that the phone was a contract that you took out in the past?

Yes in June I got forced to take it they even threatened me and they knew I wasn’t mentally stable. After they took the phone from me they started paying the contract for a month around August they stopped. That’s when the threating happened. I now owe ee £2,000 for a phone I don’t even use.

@Nathou We certainly don't want customers thinking they're forced to take a contract, I'm sorry that you feel you weren't given a choice.
Did you take the contract in a store, over the phone or online?

In store I just want a full cancellation I am a child how can I afford £2,000 as a student.
