Cancellation

Wrote to EE ( Tyne & Wear) in February to cancel my present contract.  I received a letter today (though dated the 8/7/24) to say I'm due them £32.36?  Money taken from account Feb/March and nothing since,  so I assumed they'd received the letter of cancellation.

No previous email or letter received. 

Has anyone had similar issue?

@Daisychix  Not knowing your account status or if you had any outstanding bills that needed to be paid as you do have to give 30 days notice and by letter that 30 days notice starts when they receive that letter.    So you need to call customer services to query this.
