You need to contact EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your mobile contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 20%.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

I took out a rolling contrace when visiting my mother as advised by the young man in the EE shop and he told me to cancel it straight away as I only wanted it for a month. I did as he said and have now received a debt collection letter saying I owe £60. I have paid this as I do not want it shown as a negative on my credit rating which is very good. I feel completely gobsmacked by this as the letter also states 'despite our repeated attempts to contact you' this is the first I have heard of it. I am no longer using this and want confirmation my account is now closed. I am not ringing again as it took me ages to get through the first time. My account no. Is *******. Please send me a letter to confirm this is now closed. I also think I should be credited back my £60 as it is clearly an error by EE and not myself.

I have already tried that today and the wait time was horrific. Can you not pass this information on for me or give me an email address I can send it too please.
