@Haya96  when you called to give 30 days notice of termination was you told the early termination fee ?  You have to pay off the remaining term of the contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
I called them before my monthly payment date and told them and is the current payment is my last payment?

Welcome to the Community, @Haya96

Payment dates and bill dates are separate, so depending on where you were within this cycle it is possible to have an additional payment come out after then.

Your bills are produced on the same date each month, and then the payment is due (or debited) 8 working days from this date.

If your billing date had recently just passed, you would have had a pending payment for the previous month, but then as you were in a new billing month at this point, one final bill would still be produced at the end of your 30 days notice.

We don't have direct account access to say for sure via these forums, so the best way to get this all double checked will be to get in touch with our team so they can confirm for sure 😊
