I’ve not used this account for some time and don’t really need it so I would like to cancel my account and number. I don’t seem to be able to log into the app help please

@Jill011 if this is for a contract, you will need to call customer support to give 30 days notice of termination.

if this is just a PAYG , just stop topping it up and bin the SIM card.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
