Cancel recent order additional line

Hi EE,

My contract is end today and I made a mistake. I was thought I purchased to renew my sim plan but I found out on my notification email I bought additional line could you please amend or cancel this recent ordered today. I find it difficult I couldn’t direct to talk to the customer service on this website.
