Can’t view store or basket when logged in

Hi, I’ve been trying to upgrade to a pay monthly plan and when I’ve chosen what I want and it asks me to log in it tells me it couldn’t log me in and the page could not be found problem only happens once I’m logged in. Once logged in I can’t view the store or my basket
