Can't pay my bill keeps getting refunded

I have tried to pay my bill at least 7 times each time keeps getting refunded back into my account. Receive a message saying sorry this payment didn't go through 

I need urgent help as my deadline for my bill is after tomorrow its a bit of a coincidence that it wouldn't work prior to the deadline is this a tactic to delay me inorder to get a consequence for me

keeps happening to me to i just tried to call the told me to ring back tomorrow and hung up. very rude

I'm sorry you have had trouble getting help with this. Did the team say why they couldn't resolve this for you when you called?
