Can't open last month's bill

What happens when you try and open the bill? 

Can you view previous months?

Welcome to the community. 

Are you viewing this via the EE app or My EE online?

If you are logged in to the app please select the following:

Bills & payments > Choose a date drop down > Select the month you would like to see > Tap 'download your bill' to view a full breakdown of that months bill.

I am using My EE online.  When I select Bills and Payments it just takes me back to the home screen showing my current data usage etc.

Could I confirm you have been able to view bills before?

Are you aware if you are set as the bill payer not a user?

No I don't know how to view my current or past bills can you help me

Hi @James19865 

You can view your bills and download the bill by logging into ee.co.uk, or the EE app then select Bills and Payments, view and download the bill you need from the dropdown list.
