I think that this question has been asked before, but I can't find a suitable answer. I am trying to add a new payment card, but the authentication site is being blocked by EE. Please see image below. I have tried all the tricks of swapping computers, browsers, internet connection, deleting history and cookies etc all of which does not work.
I have phoned EE to get a call-back, no one returned my call. My original payment card will run out at the end of the month.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
If there is anyone from EE reading this, if I don't get a suitable resolution in the next couple of weeks, I will simply port my number to another company.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble setting up your new payment card, as this certainly isn't what we want to hear. I'd recommend reaching back out to our team, and they will be able to take a look into what is happening, and help you to get this sorted.
