@Enlargement2023 Do you mean can you move from a contract to PAYG ? You can once you have completed that contract term, But if you got this contract in the last 14 days and you got it online or via a phone sale you have a 14 day cooling off period. So you’ll need to call customer services to inform them you don’t want the contract. If this was a store sale then unfortunately you do not have a cooling off period.
