Hi there
I have just upgraded my contract to the samsung galaxy s22. I previously had NHS discount applied but this has not been reapplied to my new contract.
I have tried logging into my perks account, however could not remember my password. I cannot reset password as I am currently on maternity therefore do not have access to my work email.
I do have a bluelight card and have NHS payslips to prove I am still employed.
How do I go about getting my discount applied to my contract>?

Welcome to the community.
You have to apply a Perk discount code each time you take out a new contract or upgrade. I've sent you a private message to try and get you some help.
