Hello

When I start my contract more than a year ago I was paying £55 now I check my bills went up to £67... can someone please check this ?

When did the bills increase?

Do you have any extra charges or chargeable add-ons showing on your bill?

@ValeriaMB28   When did you start this ?  Your EE account will show the start date.   there has been the yearly price increase at the end of March as per your contract.
