Hi I just upgraded my plan and just received the new phone today. My current old plan is billed and deducted from me every 4th of the month. My new plan now is every 27th of the month. My question is, will I be billed twice this month?

I think what you are seeing is that your billing date is the 27th of every month & it is collected about a week later on the 4th of the following month. Your billing & payment dates should not change when you upgrade.
