I know you'll be eager to resolve this so you can view your bills online again.
Just to check, have you tried the EE app and your main online account? If both are showing the same error then you'll need to speak with our team over the phone so they can investigate this further.

Welcome to the EE Community
What issue are you having with viewing your bill online, are you getting an error of some kind? Your bill should be viewable via the EE app by logging in selecting Manage, then Billing, then See your full mobile bill.
You can access it on the EE website going to Manage, then Bills and Payments, then See your full mobile bill. Have you tested both app and website to see if you can access your bill?

I also have this issue and I have tried signing in and viewing where you say but I keep getting an error message and to try again later. This has been like this for over a month now. I need my bills for my accountant !
