Hello,
I had a payment that was overdue and have paid it this morning however it is still saying that it is due on my account and my broadband still isn't working even though my bank account says that the money has gone out, when will this change on my account and when will my broadband start working again?

It could take up to 24 hours before service is resumed; usually less.
