I’ve just checked my bank and £74 has come out for my sim only plan which should be 1/2 price for the first year so it was something like £24 per month. Anyone any idea why I’ve been charged over 3 times? To make life better I can’t access my “my ee” as I’m waiting on them changing the contact detail number so that I can link my account to my sim.

@Mirinwalker7  At a guess it sounds like you’ve also been charged the £50 refundable deposit to have roaming enabled on your account.   You’ll need to speak with customer support to confirm that though. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Maybe that’s what it’s been, however it’s the first I’m hearing of it? I contacted my bank as I literally can’t afford to have the extra £50 come out but I will try to speak to customer services today.
