  • I had a payment extension/ payment arrangement for 4th July 2024 which is in 5 days and yesterday EE suspended my mobile sim services. They know full well I have a payment arrangement set up with them and when I go to chat with an advisor via app, the team isn’t available’

why do they do this to people when it’s actually illegal? It’s a legal payment agreement and they’ve suspended my services anyway! What do I do?

@Jermanlad  When did you sort this payment arrangement out ?  Before or after your bill had been issued?
