I’ve just looked on my online banking and my next bill has increased by nearly £100! This for for a sim only plan at £15pm and a contact half way through. I’ve received no notification from EE about a 200% increase and extremely disappointed that there is no customer service support available

Have you been able to view a breakdown of your bill?

You can do this by logging in to your EE account online

This will show you any out of allowance charges you have been billed for.
